Keynote Speaker Phil Bruno

We're in the process of getting the 2010 Hoosier Hospitality Conference speakers and topics finalized! Very exciting as we near the end of the year! One of the speaker announcements we can formally make is one of our keynote speakers - Phil Bruno of Treat 'em Right, The Total Customer Experience.
